To enhance China's technological innovation capabilities and promote international cooperation in space optics technology, the International Symposium on Space Optical Instrument and Application (ISSOIA) has been held annually since 2014, alternating between the Netherlands and China. It has gradually become an influential academic conference in the field of space optical instruments between China and Europe.
The 2025 International Symposium on Space Optical Instrument and Application (ISSOIA) will be held in Dunhuang in August. Dunhuang, a historic and cultural treasure bridging the ancient Silk Road and the modern Belt and Road Initiative, embodies the spirit of human civilization exchange—peaceful cooperation, openness, inclusiveness, mutual learning, and mutual benefit.

The full texts of papers accepted by the conference will be reviewed by the conference academic committee experts and will be preferably included in the conference proceedings (EI search) after the conference, which will be published by Springer after the conference, the content of the paper is required not to be published in domestic and foreign academic journals or academic conferences.
