Submission Guidelines for ISSOIA 2025

1. Submission Requirements

   • The conference accepts full papers and extended abstracts (500-800 words) in English.

   • Manuscripts must follow the prescribed format (downloadable from the conference website: www.issoia2025.com).

   • Submissions must be made through the conference website:

     • Full paper submission link: https://paper.issoia2025.com/paper/create/ISSOIA2025.html;

     • Abstract submission link: https://paper.issoia2025.com/paper/abstract/create/ISSOIA2025.html

2. Publication & Presentation

   • Accepted submissions will be assigned either oral presentations or poster sessions during the conference.

   • Selected full papers will be included in the conference proceedings (EI-indexed), to be published post-event by Springer Nature.

   • Note: Submitted work must not have been previously published in any academic journal or conference proceedings.

3. Confidentiality Notice

   • This is a non-classified event. Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary confidentiality clearances from their respective institutions prior to submission.

   • The conference assumes no liability for confidentiality breaches; accountability rests solely with the authors.
